1. Dynamic Gold Pricing
All jewelry prices are based on the daily market value of gold and are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed on the product page is valid only for the specific date listed. The price confirmed at checkout is your final purchase price.

2. Post-Purchase Price Adjustment (Our Price Protection)
As a courtesy due to the volatile nature of gold markets, if the market price decreases significantly on the day immediately following your purchase, we will contact you to inform you of the new lower price. You will then have the option to:

· Proceed with your order at your original purchase price, or
· Cancel your order for a full refund.

This protection applies only to decreases in the market price occurring the next business day and does not apply to subsequent days or to increases in price.

3. Order Confirmation & Personal Service
To ensure accuracy, security, and provide the highest level of service, all online orders require a brief, private phone conversation for final confirmation before processing and shipment. An order is not considered final until this verbal confirmation is completed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot reach the customer by phone within two business days.

4. Shipping & Handling
Shipping and insurance costs are extra and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipments are fully insured. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.

5. In-Store Experience vs. Online
While we offer the convenience of online browsing and purchasing, we strongly encourage visiting our physical store for a superior service experience. Our in-store consultants provide expert, personalized fittings, styling advice, and immediate service that cannot be replicated online. Our website primarily serves as a showcase of our collection.

6. Exchange-Only Policy (No Refunds)
We have a strict exchange-only policy. We do not offer returns for refund.

· Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
· The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags, packaging, and documentation.
· All exchanges must be conducted in person at our physical store location. This includes items purchased online. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation.
· Exchanges are for merchandise credit or an item of equal or greater value.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Your purchase constitutes agreement to these terms.
